they play an important role,giving us guidelines to follow and evidences of past discussions and decessions.the organisation benefit by have the recorded meets on file and the conventions to use.1.matters arising-speaks to matters to be discuss from the last meeting.
2.new business- are matters that will just be presented for the fisth time
3.ajourment- the closing of the meeting

meeting management is important as it it allows meetings to run smoothly and teaches one on the hows and wheres of a meeting so that the meeting can be beneficial to all present. Shelly.

A meeting is important because you are able to know what is taking place in the organization.

Adjuorment-this is when the chair person postpone futher information until next meeting because of shortage of time.

-Point of oder

Covention is when two or more organization come together in asemble.

minute meeting is when you state the name of the organization and the basic thing availabe eg:Agenda

The role of the meeting convention:
- is to discuss or engage in some common interest.e.g. a business convention.
the meeting minutes and convention help the organization to get other persons opinion and post it on file to see if what was discussed to be of aid to the organization.

In any organisation, meetings play a very important role. having meetings gives the employer help in knowing whats happening at the moment in the organization.It also helps int erms of staff work performance,stock checking and meetings also let the employers and employees know what is expected and whats going to take place in days to come


Adjournment means to postpone to a later date.
