Quality Customer Service
Current Management training suggest that if you understand the customer more product will sell. However other believe that if you have a good product you do not need to know the customer. What do you believe and why?

Yes I agree with current Management.The reason for creating a product is because of our customer,thus being able to read and understand the customers need one will be better able to satisfy your customer. (violet)
i agree with violet inorder for a product to be the best seller on the market the customer service most be of great quality. quality in the sense that the employee must be able to read the customer and understand what sense of style the customer is in,for that person to gravitate to the product.(tresan)

No I do not agree with current management. A product will sell itself and win the hearts of the customers wether you know the market you want to influence or not.

Isome wat agree with violet,However from my point of view i think that in order to deliver quality costomer service one should alwayse put the costomers needs before their own not only know the costomsrs but make and deliver quality products for all
I believe that if you understand the customer more product will sell because you must fully understand what are the customer needs for the customer to relate to that particular product thus the sale of the product.

we need quality products but we also need customer service to show how much we appricate our customers,knowing the customer does not necessarily mean that products will sell,knowing a customer is basically just a pluss how many customers con you know!

Quality customer service is also good with the assistance of the customer service charter which reminds the staff how to treat customers in the organization e.g respect both cstomers and staff to give a good impression on the business (Novia)
i agree with alethia this where soft skills comes in, as employee its their job to make customer feel as if they are apart of the family when selling the company goods or services.
Customers are valuable. Knowing a customer face to face would let the customer be more gravitated to not only the product but the organizations and the representatives also. Which would over the years let that customer feel and be at a place that they know they are receiving quality products, satisfying their needs/wants and being related with freindly, honestly and respectfully.
I believe in working smater not harder and quality customer service is important. i would love to know that before the day is out my shelves will be empty. The right product coupled with the best customer service will allow that to happend. !_!

Not necessarily Sheryl not all product works the same for all customers, we all react differently towards things.
