CONTACT WITH CLIENTS

Contact with clients involves four elements- attitude, sensitivity,grooming an interpersonal skills. Briefly explain each element.

Attitude is what you portray to the customer of how you speak and the body language that you bring to people. Sensitivity is how you talk to the customers with good manner that you must speak pleasantly with good tone of voice. Grooming is how you dress to meet the customers, always dress appropriate. Interpersonal skill is what you do at the work place and that you do the work not just for the money but for the best of your abillity that to help drew more customer to the work force

Unfamiliarty with meeting terms can affect the individuals in alot of way because if a case of another important meeting arises it gonna affect the individuals who are suppose to attend the meeting and also the organisation. from: Donovan

attitude you most know how to behave when in the professional world when you are dealing customers you have to have a good attitude.sensitivity when dealing with customers you most be sensitive with them.you also have to whatch your tone of voice. grooming you have to groom the customers so that they will want to cum back.by grooming them we mean to treat them good speak to them propperly. interpersonal skill use by a person to properly interact with others in the business domain.

The four procedure used to secure telephone message are:

(1) enure that that the person you received the telephone call from you got his or her contcat number,name, and their job title if you are using paper.

(2) Ensure that the paper is clean and appropriate to take the message.


(3) ensure that the message dilevered on time.


(4) if the telephone message hasn't been dilivered ensure that it is put away in a safe place.from : Donovan

the fault with the telephone should be handled in a professional manner by reporting it to you suporvisor so that he are she can rectify the situation in a prompt manner to ensure quality service. from Donovan

Although, attitude is what you portray yourself to be, grooming yourself gives a positive impact of you because it makes you feel good and comfortable and that when you are on the job will determine if you attract clients coming in and out of the company, being an asset of the company by the way you dress.

Good interpersonal skills will help to boost the importance to converse with clients on a daily basis. Because it acts as a window of opportunity to the company that gives satisfaction and service to clients who come to your company or your own business place to do business with your boss or with you, the proprietor of your own business.
