Why is it important to ensure that our body language and tone is conveying the message we want to send to our client?

it as to do with communication since there is two type of communication verbal and non-verbal and people do not alway communicate with speech but with there body they have to watch the signal or action that is given off by the body so that customers dont misinterpret what was been said or done
It is important to convey the same message with our body language as with our tones. this will ensure clarity to our clients that what was spoken is exactly what is said. We need to be very careful not to send mix signals so there is no confusion to what is implied.
we must ensure that our body language and tone conveys the message we want to send to our clients in order for clients to correctly understand the message being said/brought across to them. if the body language and tone are incorrect this may cause misinterpretations on both sides, which is definately not good.
I totally agree with Tresan just on the fact that she mentioned the types of communication, which is not just by saying words, but by the way we express ourself with our bodies also. therefore it is important because people have different view of the way they look at others, so as professionals we must always ensure that we give a positive body language to our customers.
I agree with Tresan, because body language is important and you dont want to send the wrong attitude to the client and the client will take it negative and will not come back to the organisation.
It is important to convey the right body language so you won't send the wrong message. ( as Jamaican people would say; its not what you say, its how you say it!)
the body lanuage that you give off really shows what you are thinking inside you must always give off a positive body lanuage especially when dealing with a customer
i agree with tresan that people don't aways communicate by talking they used face expresstion or body language to tearn off the customer so that go eles wear.
