Questioning and Listening

It is very important that you actively listen to your clients and ask relevant question. Why is this so?

actively listening to your clients will help you to understand the needs and complains, thus giving you the opportunity to serve and assist them better. Asking question will help you to understand what message is conveyed by your clients.

so that the customer sees that you are understanding what is being said and normally the customer service representative go about this by asking question to show that they cleary understand what was said by the customer

It is very important that we actively listen to our clients and ask questions to ensure that we fully understand what our clients are saying, so that we can also solve their queries, help them in areas where help is needed, to make sure we understand from their point of view what is being said.

I think Questioning and Listening is very importat because if the customer is talking to you and you are not listening he/she will think that you don't care about there needs.

The importance of asking our clients feedback questions is that it would help you in better dealing with the customer related complaints, asking questions will show the customer that you understand and that you are both on the same page.

it is important to actively listen to clients so to not pass wrong information and have to keep asking the same question over and over, it is important to ask the right questions to not let clients feel offended as well as for you to get relevant information.
